Warranty

General Information

Our products are primarily distributed through resellers, some items also available in our online store at scorpena.com.

When purchasing our products, please follow the instructions provided with each item, as well as additional information available on our website and in the user manual provided with the product.

Warranty Period

Our liability is limited to the obligations described here, as long as they do not contradict mandatory law. The legal warranty covers defects that occur during the warranty period, which is 2 years, the period starts when the goods are handed over.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Defects due to normal wear and tear

Defects from improper transportation or storage by the customer or logistics company

Defects from non-compliance with the user manual

Issues from incorrect assembly or adjustment

Defects caused intentionally

Defects resulting from modifications made by the buyer

Damage caused by sharp objects, compression, falls, abnormal pressure, or other influences

Damage due to improper use or insufficient maintenance

The warranty is void if:

The product has been modified or repaired

The serial number has been removed or is not readable

Unauthorized spare parts were used for repairs

Warranty Claims

For warranty claims, contact the reseller where you purchased the product and provide the defective item along with the original purchase receipt. If the product was purchased from our online website, email our customer service team at sales@scorpena.com. If your reseller is unavailable, also contact our customer service team.

The original purchase receipt must include the date of purchase, the sreseller’s name and address, and the full product name. Scorpena or the reseller reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if the original receipt is not provided or is incomplete or illegible.

If a warranty claim is accepted, Scorpena or the reseller will repair or replace the product free of charge.
