Purchase terms

In order to avoid any misunderstandings during the purchasing process on scorpena.com website (SIA "AQUATEX GROUP", registration number: 40003714583), we kindly ask you to get acquainted with the following purchase terms:

  1. You can place your order directly at scorpena.com webpage, by sending an email to sales@scorpena.com or by making a call at +371 28286018.
  2. All prices displayed on scorpena.com webpage include 21% value added tax (VAT). Prices do not include shipping.
  3. You can make the payment for your order by PayPal, MasterCard or Visa. If you chose to pay by MasterCard or Visa your customer data are transferred to Maksekeskus AS for payment purposes.
  4. When placing the order, the client must indicate the email address, first name, last name, phone number and billing and/or shipping address.
  5. After placing the order, the client will receive the confirmation email with the invoice, as well as confirmation by SMS. When the order is shipped, another notification will be sent out by e-mail and SMS.
  6. If payment has not been made within 3 business days after placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  7. The client has the right to return the goods back to the seller within 14 calendar days of receiving them. Please note that the client is responsible for the safety and quality of the goods during the term of the right to return. The original packaging and look of the goods must be kept. In order to arrange the return, please contact us at support@scorpena.com, indicating the number and date of your order. The client must deliver the goods to our warehouse located at Kalnciema street 106A - 8, LV-1046, Riga, Latvia. The client is responsible for the cost of returning goods. The refund will be proceed within 5 business days of receipt in the warehouse.
  8. Complaints about the availability of goods or their quality can be submitted electronically by sending an email to support@scorpena.com. The complaints will be reviewed within 7 working days from the date of receipt and the answer will be sent to the email address indicated in the complaint.
  9. If there are any defects in the goods you have purchased, please contact us at support@scorpena.com specifying the number and date of the order. We will contact the manufacturer of the goods, who will make the final decision on their replacement.
  10. We reserve the right to assign our clients with discount codes at our discretion. Discount codes will be send electronically to the respective clients. Discount codes can be applied during the checkout process on scorpena.com.
  11. Scorpena.com reserves the right to cancel the order if our representatives can’t contact the client by the phone number or e-mail indicated when placing the order.
